What To Imbibe On:
Founders Brewing Co. - Porter & Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale.  Founders consistently make outstanding beer.  Hailing out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, this brewery knows how to make that taste buds tingle.

Porter- Black with creamy brown thick head that lasts the entire glass. Chocolate and coffee in aroma and taste, that has a great bitterness to it. Probably the best porter I’ve ever had. Founders says it pours silky black with a creamy tan head. The nose is sweet with strong chocolate and caramel malt presence. No absence of hops gives Founders’ robust porter the full flavor you deserve and expect. Cozy like velvet. It’s a lover, not a fighter. - 100

Dirty Bastard Scotch Ale- It's Founders flagship beer. Dirty Bastard is an absolute beautiful beer to behold. Dark ruby in color and brewed with ten varieties of imported malts this beer continuously lives up to its reputation as a bold and powerful ale. Dirty Bastard is complex in the finish with hints of smoke and peat paired with a malty richness, finalized with a good bit of hop attitude. This beer “ain’t fer the wee lads”. - 98

Time for the second Philadelphia Phillies Pitching Showcase of the year. Maybe we should bring some pretty girls out to stand next to Harang to help sell him. Cole doesn't need any help in that department.

The Phillies climbed up from the bottom rung of the ladder in ESPN's Power Rankings (Brewers only team below them).

I hate to pick on the Phillies, because they did just take two of three from the Braves, but they're hitting .214/.269/.319 as a team and have a .588 OPS. That's barely better than the career OPS of former Phillies infielder Steve Jeltz (.576). -- David Schoenfield

I'm so fricken confused. How the hell did Odubel Herrera and Freddy Galvis become the Phillies best hitters?

still a small sample size but yeah. very odd. Look at Ruiz. 4/4 in one night raises his avg 60-70 points. Same could be the reverse for Galvis and Herrera.

one more save for Paps to tie up Joe Table

Listen, Papelbon is a renowned douche-nozzle, but truth be told, he's one of the best closers of all-time. He's been doing it for a long time and doing it quite well.
