Phillies Projected to be Worst Team in Baseball

As you can see from the graphic above, the Phillies are projected to be the worst team in Major League Baseball in 2015.  They'll score the fewest runs, have a poor pitching staff, and have the worst run differential.

Projections aren't gospel, they're generated by computers for the most part.  Hell, Brien Taylor was once projected to be an ace.  However, in the case of the Phightins, I must agree with the prognosticators.  The Diamondbacks, Braves, and Rockies are shitty teams too, but the shittiest team resides in Philadelphia this season.

Cesar Jimenez cleared waivers, outrighted to AAA. Glad he remains in organization.

A lot of talk of what team will add Moncada. Which means forfeitING any future international signings of young top players for 2 years. I see it as, if he is really that good, then do it but also sign Ibanez and several other players who all fall into the same category and break the bank for just this one season on that front. It's very risky and very costly.

The Phillies just don't have offensive talent waiting in the wings in the minors. They need a jolt of that into the system, and international signings like Moncada is the way to go. They have the money, so go ahead and break the bank for one offseason and pray it all pans out.

Justin De Fratus' open letter to Bill Baer.

If they do it, sign Moncada, then attempt to sign as many prospects as possible before the cut off date. If they could grab at least 3 good to top prospects then it would be worth it.

Can't say I'm a fan of Bill Baer and his blog. I love DeFratus' response. Good for him. He will now be fully supported by WSBGMs. I may even reach out to him to become a contributor on here.

Longest offseason ever? Sure as hell seems that way.

I don't think that the off season will end until 2016 now
