NL East MVPs & Cy Youngs

The American League has been reviewed, so that leaves the senior circuit.  Check out the National League East's MVPs and Cy Youngs for each team.

Atlanta Braves:
MVP - Justin Upton .270/.833, 77 R, 34 DBL, 29 HR, 102 RBI, 8 SB, 3.3 WAR.

CY - Julio Teheran 14-13, 33 GS, 221 IP, 186 K, 2.89/1.08, 4.0 WAR.

Miami Marlins:
MVP - Giancarlo Stanton .288/.950, 89 R, 31 DBL, 37 HR, 105 RBI, 13 SB, 6.5 WAR.

CY - Henderson Alvarez 12-7, 30 GS, 187 IP, 111 K, 2.65/1.24, 4.6 WAR.

New York Mets:
MVP - Lucas Duda .253/.830, 74 R, 27 DBL, 30 HR, 92 RBI, 3.7 WAR.

CY - Jacob deGrom 9-6, 22 GS, 140.1 IP, 144 K, 2.69/1.14, 3.1 WAR.

Philadelphia Phillies:
MVP - Chase Utley .270/.746, 74 R, 36 DBL, 6 TRPL, 11 HR, 78 RBI, 10 SB, 3.6 WAR.

CY - Cole Hamels 9-9, 30 GS, 204.2 IP, 198 K, 2.46/1.15, 6.6 WAR.

Washington Nationals:
MVP - Anthony Rendon .287/.824, 111 R, 39 DBL, 6 TRPL, 21 HR, 83 RBI, 17 SB, 6.5 WAR.

CY - Jordan Zimmermann 14-5, 32 GS, 199.2 IP, 182 K, 2.66/1.07, 4.9 WAR.

*Players had to be with the same team the entire season (ex- Roberto Hernandez couldn't be the Phillies Cy Young because he was traded to the Dodgers...not that he would have been anyway).

*Pitchers are considered solely for the Cy Young, not MVP.

*On offense the big numbers aren't all that count, as defense and base running are part of the equation too.

Don't forget, Delmon Young was a playoff hero two years ago with the same team he's playing against now, Detroit.
