Biddle K's 16

Phillies prospect Jesse Biddle struck out 16 last night in a start against Harrisburg. But more importantly, he got two hits. Can this guy play first base?

Biddle and Pettibone are part of the future. Don't be surprised if by next season with the possible exoudus of Halladay and Halladay Lite (aka- KK).

Kendrick is not a free agent until 2015. Barring a "the hell with prospects, I <3 veterans" signing by RAJ, next year's rotation could well be Hamels, Lee, KK, Pettibone, and Biddle.

Score some runs, ya bums!

Lee will be traded if this team sucks mid season.

Morgan could be a member of rotation.

Painful watching this team's inepitude to score runs even when its 3rd base and no outs.

Im starting to think Revere is a good bench player and this team needs a guy who can get on base. I see no driving of the ball except into the ground from him.

Every pitcher that faces the Phils seems to lower his ERA even if he isn't that good.

Going into this season we knew Revere was one of the weakest hitters in the game. He needs to start getting singles and stealing bases.

2 hits against a pitcher that has sucked all season long.

Is Hamels this year's version of Lee? Seems like it so far with the little to no run support.

Hey just wanted to give you a quick heads up. The text in
your post seem to be running off the screen in Internet explorer.
I'm not sure if this is a format issue or something to do with internet browser compatibility but I thought I'd post to let you know.
The design and style look great though! Hope you get the issue solved soon.
Many thanks

For all my complaining, I got to give credit where credit is due: Chase Utley is having a fantastic season so far. Rollins seems to be heating up. Michael Young is doing well, at least with the bat, somthing we've needed at 3B for a long time. And Howard, despite being way overpayed and not hitting with enough power, has at least hit for an ok average. More and more, it is clear to me the offensive struggles really rest on Revere, Brown, and Kratz.

Did anybody else immediately turn the game off when Manuel went to get Horst with the bases loaded?

Must we be subjected to all these green messages? Shut up already McCarthy!

Mike Adams isn't supposed to blow games like that.

Doc pitched well tonight. Game blown goes to Bastardo and Adams.

Shitty bullpen strikes again.

Long season awaits...

The bullpen sucked. So did Manuel with bringing in Horst and then leaving him in there.

Right now it looks like Expression Engine is the preferred blogging platform out
there right now. (from what I've read) Is that what you are using on your blog?
