It's pretty cool, because I think all of those career milestones can be obtained by the end of the season. Something to feel good about at least.
Michael Martinez in RF? Manuel, you are f'n stupid. Amaro, you are just as stupid.
Even worse is the 7-8-9 black hole today. Martinez, Lerud, and Kendrick. It's pretty damn sad that the best get to get a hit out of those three is Kendrick...
Way to go all in to try and salvage a game in this series, Charlie. He needs to go retire or something...
best bet, not best get
Had the Phil's been able to beat the freakin Mets the last two nights they would currently be 8 games out of a wil card spot.........but they didn't.
The Phillies suck.
M&M 1 for 34 at home this year!
Epic.
M&M should be penciled in as starting Lf next year. Playing first base: Bugs Bunny. Playing second base: Bugs Bunny. Playing third base Bugs Bunny. Playing pitcher Bugs Bunny.
Michael Martinez increases the suicide rate in Philadelphia.
Jimmy Rollins just got benched for a running eff-up. Seriously, J-Roll seems a bit lazy and dumb sometimes.
J-Roll doesn't like to hustle.
J-Roll commits mental error.
J-Roll questions fans' loyalty.
Why do we support this guy?
I am included in the "we", as I like him, but damn he pisses me off a lot.
KK is pitching like he has somethin' to prove.
He's way better than Blanton ever was and, all told, is an acceptable fifth starter. Still like him better as the long man, though.
4 excellent starts in a row for KK? Kind of interesting...
Martinez down to .132 on the year. How low will he go? It's pretty damn pathetic they can't part with him to give Ruf a spot on the 40-man roster. Not saying Ruf is some kind of savior, but you could almost guarantee he would hit better than .132. He makes No-hit Nunez look like an all-star (and he was pretty putrid).
This is not hyperbole- Michael Martinez is the worst player I've ever witnessed for this long at the MLB level. It's a disgrace that he earns a big league paycheck.
I bet M&M brings his BA down to 120 this year
Wish we had kratz behind the plate yesterday
Darin Ruf- 38 HR 104 RBI. Crazy good!
