Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee, and Cole Hamels currently rank 1st, 2nd, and 6th in the NL in stikeouts and have 226 combined. That's only 38 fewer than the entire Minnesota Twins pitching staff.
I think Worley is gonna be good, but I gotta feeling tonights gonna be bad. I think he gets shelled and I think the Phils offense goes dead again tonight.
The worst thing tonight is that even if we have a lead with Worley coming out the Reds will have carte blanche with one of the bazillion WHIP trio.. Guaranteed.

The Phillies pitching staff as a whole has the most K's (387) and least walks (125) in MLB. That fan-freakin-tastic!
Yea that is crazy, but the offense is the opposite.
We are ranked 20th and below in most spots (2b,HR,runs, OBP). That needs to change.
Amazing how the return of one player can suddenly render our lineup Major League worthy.
Hallelujah indeed.
I do believe the last night Roy Halladay faced the Reds was in the playoffs and he threw a no-hitter. Another one of those would be nice.

The Reds have a great offense. Better pitchers have fallen to them.
I love the Vanimal though. He's a fun kid to root for.

Sigh. Madson has an off-night. Happens. Look at it this way. If they had put Baez or Kendrick in there we would have probably had the same result.
Bad Madson. Bad.
