Carlos Ruiz set a new ML record the other day by hitting a 103.5 MPH fastball for a hit (double). No one had ever done that before. Cole Hamels almost had a hit too on a 101MPH from Chapman too. To me it seems as if Chapman's fastball pitches are very straight and when someone catches up the can really hit it.
When a pitcher throws 100+ mph and you put decent wood on it, they are supplying most of the power and it has good potential to travel much further than a Jamie Moyer lob-ball.

Damn you Matty!
Without him in 1980, the Phis would have likely not made it to the playoffs, hence no championship. Much like Kyle Kendrick.
Yup a one hit wonder, but very important.

Marty Bystrom. First one I ever got without looking.
This must have been the easiest one I've seen to date.
Alright you bastards, there'll be a harder one in coming days.
This has nothing to do with the Phillies, but McDonald's is bring back the McRib and will unleash the beast on November 2nd. Awesome!
