I'm honestly shocked they released him so early in spring training. I thought they'd hold on to him until near the end and see how he pitches this spring to see if they could sucker any team into taking him for just league minimium. Suppose they didn't want his deseased carcass around though.
No K Counter this year, but a "Howard" tracker. The "Howard" is any time a player hits a homerun, commits an error, and strikesout all in the same game.
The "Howard Tracker" is an amazing idea Carson. Also I fully expect the Mets to sign Eaton just to ensure they will not have to face him at any point in 09'
what a great day so far, 70 and sunny here in south carolina spent the morning at the beach playing soccer and I come home to the best news ever...no more friggin adam eaton.

I was looking forward to seeing Eaton face Burrell and the Rays tomorrow.

I don't think Eaton could get a job coaching little leaguers right now. Moreso in this area because he'd have ZERO credibilty with the kids.
Eaton's attitude would not be conducive to coaching kids.

Today is a day of joy. Eaton was a waste of money, roster space, oxygen, and sperm.
0-3 on the Grapefruit season. Only 7 runs scored, but a ghastly 24 surrendered. Spring training is stupid!
I just cut Eaton off my fantasy baseball rankings, I was gonna use a 12th round pick to get him if he was available
