Derek Bell has obviously completed Operation Shutdown and moved on to other missions, specifically smoking crack rock. Bell was arrested yesterday and charged with possession of cocaine and a crack pipe. Seeing his last few years with the Pirates, I'm amazed Bell had the hand-eye coordination to operate the lighter and the pipe at the same time.Corey
